Job Description

The Game Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the best possible guest experience in our arcade redemption area.

Job Responsibilities

· Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.

· Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.

· Practices proper cost controls by accurately scanning merchandise.

· Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise.

· Provides game assistance to guests.

· Responsible for the reconciliation of tickets and merchandise.

· Ensures the cleanliness of the redemption area and arcade.

· Helps other Team Members as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements

· Dependability is a MUST.

· Ability to read and write; to understand and follow oral and written instructions; to communicate effectively.

· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

· Move about facility, and stand for long periods of time.

· Walk or stand for 100% of shift

· Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

· Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer and business requirements.

· Hold self and others accountable for measurable, high quality, timely results.

· Attention to detail, strong organizational ability.

· Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.

· Have work flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays).
